Table of Contents
EverQuest Legends is available for PC. The official launch announcement says the game became available on July 28, 2026; it is not a free-to-play release. The official shop lists the base game at $19.99, including the first month, followed by a recurring $9.99 monthly subscription until canceled.
Use only the official shop and download path. This guide does not host an installer, activation key, mirror, or modified client.
Official download and account checklist
- Open the official shop and confirm that the browser address is on
everquestlegends.com. - Review the current purchase and recurring-subscription terms before checking out.
- Sign in with the account you intend to use for the game.
- Follow the official PC download and installation instructions shown after purchase.
- Keep the receipt and account email, but never share a password, payment detail, or one-time security code with a guide site or another player.
| Item | Current official information |
|---|---|
| Platform | PC |
| Base game | $19.99 |
| Included access | First month included |
| Continuing access | $9.99 per month, recurring until canceled |
| Safe source | Official EverQuest Legends shop |
Prices, billing terms, installers, and system requirements can change. Recheck the shop immediately before purchase instead of relying on an old screenshot or copied download link.
Avoid unofficial installers and key offers
A search result, forum post, video description, file locker, or direct-message offer is not an official download source. Do not run an installer that asks you to disable security software, paste an account token, or pay through an unrelated wallet. The site does not verify third-party keys or mirrors.
If the official download fails, use the official support link rather than repeatedly downloading from another source. Record the error message, operating-system version, and the step where the failure occurred; do not include credentials in a support ticket.
Subscription and cancellation basics
The base purchase and recurring subscription are separate parts of access. The shop says one month is included with the base game. After that included month, the $9.99 monthly subscription renews until canceled. Check the official subscription page for the current cancellation flow and effective date before making a billing decision.
Canceling a recurring subscription is not the same as deleting an account. Keep confirmation of any billing change and use official support if the account page does not show the expected status.
Current status and updates
The game is live, so historical pre-order and beta instructions are no longer the normal access route. For service changes, maintenance, and client updates, use the official news and patch-note pages. This article was last checked on August 30, 2026, after the August 25 update notes were published.
FAQ

No. The official shop lists a $19.99 base-game purchase with one month included, then a recurring $9.99 monthly subscription.
Where should I download the PC client?
Use the official shop and the account-specific instructions it provides. This wiki does not distribute the client.
Is beta or pre-order access still required?
No. Those were historical access phases before the July 28, 2026 launch.
Where can I verify a current outage or patch?
